If you have received the wrong order or if your order has been damaged in transit or is missing please contact us at your earliest convenience.

You must complete an order return form within 14 days of receiving your goods to arrange a refund or replacement. 

You will also be obliged to return faulty items to Blink Professional HQ.

For items such as adhesives or foam wash they must be returned for testing purposes before a refund is issued.

If the item is deemed faulty we will process a full refund. In this case your we will also refunded for any postage costs you have incurred and we will cover postage charges for replacement items.

If the product is deemed “good for use”.

You can choose to to have the items returned or apply for a credit minus postage charges. 

Please note we endeavour to have all testing completed as soon as possible after we receive returned goods but this process can take up to three weeks .

We do not accept refunds on sale items unless it has been damaged in transit.
